I have never watched much TV and didn't see why I needed to pay for 200 channels. Roku is great for me as I can pick a show when I have a few minutes to relax.

This is the best purchase I've made in a long time. I decided to shut off my overpriced cable and tivo and haven't missed either at all.
Pros: Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Improved Audio/Video, Fast Setup

Nice Product, Good Value

I use the Roku while I am exercising on my treadmill in the early morning, when the programming that is available on cable TV is pretty lame. The Roku gives me access to Amazon Prime videos, as well as more geeky programming from sources such as Revision3. It definitely helps to preserve my sanity. The only reason that I did not give it a 5 rating is that Roku still does not have a Youtube channel.
Pros: Good Programming, Good Form Factor, Easy to set up, Easy to use
Cons: No youtube

We use the ROKU every day. And if the satillite goes out--we still have plenty to watch.

I really enjoy this. I'd say that half the fun is exploring to see what is actually available to watch, and adventure in itself. It's easily navigated once you get the hang of it, and surprises keep popping up all the time! The ability to watch what I want when I want is great! However what I really want and would make this the PERFECT roku is the free over the air network TV that I could get with an antenna except for hills in my area. Not sure why it is not available, but if it was than I'd say this would be a 100 out of a 100! Come on Roku, put it on!

Good wi-fi reception, good picture, easy to setup but I will sell it as it does not have youTube, because of this it will eventually loose to competitors.
