Quality and performance are at a level that provide a seamless, reliable viewing experience day after day. This leaves me to focus on finding wonderful things to view, and there are many! I love to find an old show I enjoyed years ago and begin watching every episode, starting with the Pilot episode. There are plenty of new shows too. Very rarely things will get stuck and all I have to do is unplug Roku and plug it back in again. I also like how small and unobtrusive it is. I just dropped cable with no trepidation after a month of testing out Roku. The only possible negative for me is wanting the Roku providers to include newer movies. I have hopes things will improve on that front.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Improved Audio/Video, Attractive Design

I use my Roku 3 mostly to stream videos and music from Amazon and to play music from radio stations, Pandora, and a USB drive. It does a good job on all of these. I wish that the Roku Media Player had a better screen saver that would actually show what's playing, like Pandora's does. It would also be nice to be able to turn off the screen saver completely and just have a blank screen when I'm listening to music. Otherwise, it works very well for me.

Not only can you stream Netflix and Hulu videos, Amazon Instant Video is also an option which is a huge BONUS for Prime members! Very easy to set up and great video quality. The remote has an earphone jack.....so if you want to watch a video or play a game and don't want to bother anybody else...just plug in your headphones! The unit is small enough that it could travel with you....and with wifi access....can stream videos while on vacation. So far, very pleased with my Roku and thinking of buying another one!

No YouTube

Wireless seems to disconnect and requires reboot to fix. It had YouTube when I bought it, then that magically disappeared. Work out your differences with YouTube or refund a portion of the purchase price. If WDTV can offer YouTube, so can you.

Great for my TV which doesn't t support an Internet connection. Great selection of on line access to movies. Easy to operate. Could have used a composite or component connection for TV's having only 1 HDMI port.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Attractive Design

I have two roku 3s and both lose connection frequently. Have to reset by removing the battery or pulling out the power cord on the remote at the TV. I think the device needs two more generations to become fully reliable.
Pros: Easy to set up
Cons: Need To Reset Frequently, Keeps Losing Connection
