ROKU 3 is GENIUS!!!

I love Roku! I have one in every room in my house. I have cable but never use it because I can't seem to the Roku remote down. I wouldn't change one thing. I love the design of the new Roku 3 & especially that I can plug my hard drive to it, the memory card expansion. & absolute best part is the new remote with headphone jack! It's GENIUS! Now I can binge on Netflix all night & my husband won't know a thing. My husband & I rave to everyone about how amazing this product is & are constantly getting people to switch to Roku :-)
Pros: Fast Setup, Convenient, Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Endless possibilities, Saves A Bundle, Improved Audio/Video

I have found it a cheap alternative to premium movie channels. Moreover, the selection of movies is far greater than what was available on the premium movie channels. The only negative is that many HULU movies can only be streamed using a notebook computer. I get around that by using the ROKU in the bedroom and a notebook computer in the living room. Everything else about ROKU is great. It is the best purchase I have made in years.

Cons: Watching Hulu Movies, It Won't Stream Many Hulu

Great option for bedroom TV-no second cable box. Do miss watching recorded TV and ability to fast-forward through commercials. I am thinking about buying the streaming stick for my new living room TV. Roku has many more options than my wifi blue ray player.

Weird issues

Buggy unit that freezes on occasion. When it is powered down, it refuses to come up for a week or more (it plays dead, doesn't acknowledge being plugged in at all). Then, like magic, we plug it in one day and it works again. Unit needs to be replaced, but the warranty is only for one month, so this is not covered.
Pros: Does What We Want, Great features
Cons: 1 Freezes, 6 For One Month, 3 Come Back Up After, Crashes, 4 A Powerdown, Buggy, 2 Takes Over A Week To, 5 Warranty Only Works

I use my Roku almost everyday. Netflix, Indieflix, HboGo are my favorites but there are dozens of other sites I like also. I have three Roku players but the Roku 3 is at the top of my list.
