I will never go back to cable. I use my Roku for all my television watching needs. I have Hulu Plus, Netflix and all the major news networks. I don't have to worry about missing a major show or waiting for the commercials.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Attractive Design

This is better than Apple offers. There are more channels and offerings than cable or satellite boxes. I do not watch over the air propaganda entertainment TV.

Bought it to get Crunchyroll anime, not on any of my other smart devices. Has annoying habit of disconnecting after every episode, I have to constantly reconnect manually. My Sony DVD autoconnects whenever it can, the ROKU should do this, I'm not sure why it does not. Software has some other bugs in it, but that may be the Cruncyroll ap, the disconnect issue happens on other services too, so ap not responsible.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Attractive Design, Can Be Hardwired To Netw
Cons: Does Not Improve Audio/Video, Loses Connect Too Often, Should Autoconnect

Still learning, fairly new and just now starting to enjoy the features entailed. On a TV series, I really like going from one episode to the next on it's own, and still letting one search out specific episodes with ease. Quick search of most every movie that I have wanted so far. Reasonable price and nary a major complaint yet.
