Netflix service is available in Chile (i am Chilean) but Roku App does not know that, is the only disappointing issue.
Pros: Improved Audio/Video, Simple Controls, Fast Setup
Cons: Content Could Be Better

Packs a punch in a small package

Great product overall but I will say that if you can use a wired Ethernet connection, do it. The Wireless is OK, but for some of the larger file size movies it can be halting depending on how strong your Wifi signal is.
Pros: Extremely Easy Set-up, Simply Screen Interface, Small Size, Excellent Wifi Capability
Cons: Much Better Wired, Remote could be better

I use it to watch Amazon Prime, several free movie channels, & HBO. There is an android remote app but it doesn't work well on the Roku 3 yet but I'm told they are working on fixing it. The Roku 3 works much better than the competition, which I've tried, and has more usable channels. Roku also makes it easy to create your own channel online. Remote has headphone Jack which is nice but it eats up the batteries so make sure to use rechargeables.

Cons: Remote Eats Up Battery

I moved and didn't want a big cable bill. So I bought the fastest Internet connection I could get and bought the Roku3 and a surround sound for the TV. Love the tv show selection and being able to play NPR as well as Pandora. The only thing I missed was the local news. So I broke down and bought the bare minimum cable package. I am really happy.
Pros: Fast Setup, Portable, Simple Controls, Easy, Small, Attractive Design
Cons: Off By Unplug
