We do have some issues with reliability in storms I would recommend a universal remote so we can control the volume on the TV The Netflix app could be improved

The new Search feature alone is worth the upgrade. Being able to search all channels for a movie, TV show, etc., is fabulous. It lists all the channels where the content is available. Some things are for free and the identical thing on a different channel is available for a price. With the old Roku models, I was searching channel after channel, making it a real pain to find something. The new interface rocks too. Don't ever buy a "Smart" TV. They will never be as smart or have as many channels as Roku. Nice job guys.

MY WIFE USES IT ALL NIGHT AND THE OLD ONE USE TO KEEP ME UP. NOW WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL HAVING A HEADSET FOR HER TO HEAR I SLEEP LIKE A BABY CHUCK

An amazing little box!

I use my Roku for viewing content from 100's of sources that are only available on-line. I have also found by using the Roku's USB port and a SD card reader, a way for playing back videos on SD memory cards in HD from my video camera. I would like to see improvement in the USB video playback application to play files sequentially without stopping after each file instead of having to manually increment and play each file one at a time when playing videos from my video camera.

Generally, I am quite happy with the player, 99% of the time. The other 1% comes from the player not responding to the remote. Using headphones causes the remote to become un-paired from the player. Netflix hangs when sending commands too quickily from the remote.

Cons: Randomly Locks Up, Stops Responding To Remot, Remote Fails Using Headph

The Roku streams the big three...Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Prime, also TWIT TV, Guys from Queens Podcasts....I love my ROKU.

I use this for Netflix and The Blaze primarily. I hope to get one for my older tv set as well but the Roku 3 won't work because it is not HDMI. I would like to see youtube added as a channel option.
Pros: Use More Than Cable Now, Simple Controls, No Commercials
Cons: No youtube, Losses Connection, Keeps Cutting Out, Have To Wait For Reload
