Not as good as Roku 2

I use this product about 1-2 hours a day. I only bought it because I moved the Roku 2 to the guest bedroom. However, while this product works basically the same as the Roku 2, it loses the network connection every single day. Sure, it's only a few clicks away to reconnect, but I never have or had this issue on my Roku 2. Other than that, it works as described.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls
Cons: Loses Network Often
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were tired of always paying increased prices for Satellite TV. I saw a demo of the Roku in a store and picked one up to try at home. My family loves it! We have since cancelled our satellite tv service. The content is wonderful. We watch movies and tv shows, and the educational programs are also great.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Attractive Design, Improved Audio/Video

Please remove advertisements from the channels page. I paid $100 for your device, I should not have to look at ads. I would recommend it once ads were removed. Otherwise, it's a great product in every regard.

Have to continually reboot my Roku

I love its simple setup and simple menu's to be able to watch quality content. The problem I have is it either locks up or has sluggish performance unless I reboot (hard reset unplugging power). After I do it works fine.

Easy to Setup and Use

Good replacement for the dish we discontinued. It was easy to setup and use. The unit does appear to "lock-up" at times and requires unplugging and plugging back in to force it to reboot. Available content is a little weak in some areas.

We pretty much use this thing exclusively to watch tv. I just wish we started using this a long time ago. To sum it up, It's pretty awesome.
