Love the ease in which you can stream from multiple "channels" including Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Go and a host of channels you Roku has to offer.

Periodic loss of remote volume, and Netflix movies. I was about to call you because the remote looses power often. I'm going through batteries in 2-3 weeks. I use it at night for quiet viewing.

I think that my product is defective. In order to load several apps (such as Hulu) I need to restart the unit. Otherwise, it freezes on the 'Loading' screen for several minutes before returning to the main menu. I was optimistic about this device and thought it'd be the answer to my Apple TV woes, but it has not lived up to that expectation. I'm not sure if these issues are common or if it's just my unit.

Cons: Errors, Trouble Streaming, Will Not Load Hulu, Restart Frequently

Can be used on any newer TV in the house, ease of use, no cable or satellite needed. Can be used with the provided ear buds or your own headphones.

Well Worth the Upgrade From Earlier Roku

Main use: Netflix streaming. Better wi-fi reception than earlier models. Faster startup and no halt/buffer/restart at lower resolution; it seems to adjust resolution on the fly without interrupting program, usually not noticeable except at beginning of program. Great little bracket for hanging it on back of telly.

I have a Roku for every TV in the house and a spare just in case! I have several different models, but out of them all, my absolute fave is the Roku 3! I got rid of cable and now enjoy watching what I want, when I want and best of all, no commercials! Roku rox!
