Roku 3 Saved My Life and My Sanity!

I was at my wits end: unhappy with my cable company, angry at thier outrageous fees and bored with their milquetoast "Premium Programing." I felt like a coal worker forced to live at the whim of the company store; watching their terrible programming paying their ridiculous fees and having few alternatives to turn to. And more than once I was tempted to put my foot or fist right thru the T.V. screen. ... then there was Roku 3. One price --- paid once and suddenly, I had access to my Amazon Prime and Netflix accounts and access to thousands of movies and television series. I feel like William Wallace leading the Scottish highlanders against the oppressive King to the South. Freeeeeedommmmmm! Thank you Roku for the simple interface that allows even a technophobe like me to find, select and view the presentations I want to see as quickly as flipping a channel on my old set. Thank you for the crisp sound and vivid picture quality. And thank you for a price that made the whole changeover a no-brainer. You guys rock!

Roku has freed me from the entrapment of satellite tv and given me more than a remote control. It has given me complete control. It was a moment of freedom and defiance to unhook the satellite tv and be released from the shackles of outrageous monthly bills. Frankly, I have access to more interesting viewing and the Roku has already paid for itself.

Nice unit never knew it existed till I saw an ad to cut cable and get ROKU on AOL news. I give this a thumbs up! Plan on getting two more for the kids. Great job ROKU
