I love my Roku...but

The product is great and I'm sure someone in Roku's organization thought that making an extremely short set of instructions was a brilliant idea and made the system less intimidating, but there were virtually no instructions on things to do with your Roku. Perhaps I'm the one guy that had one application for this and bought one not fully understanding all the uses for it, but I suspect there are those out there like me that didn't understand the wide spectrum of services that it can connect to, some for free, others for fees. We use ours to access Tasty Trade, Netflix and Amazon Prime, TED etc. For Entertainment content like Netflix and Amazon it's wholly a better deal than getting On Demand from Fios. We use it daily to broaden our content and it performs flawlessly.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Improved Audio/Video, Attractive Design
Cons: Lack Adequate Instruction

It's fast, easy and very convienent and uses very little space.

This is the best electronic product I've ever bought. I have since canceled my cable tv and just watch the Roku channels. The setup was simple, the usage is simple, and the remote control design is a model for how every remote control - small, few buttons, easy to click, quick response, and wireless so you don't need to aim it. I wish my tv, dvd, and cable box were as simple as the Roku interface.

I have 3 of these at home and I have used several other streaming devices and they can't even compete with Roku!! The only thing I don't like is that the menu has a lot of lag which I believe Roku is addressing.

When we play 2 at one time (upstairs/downstairs), one will stop and start retrieving numerous times. We have to turn one off.

Amazon and HBO needed repeated setup on this box. Far more stable on the 2XD
