Two steps forward one step back

Our old simpler model always would advance to the next episode of a series one a show was finished. This new and supposedly "improved" model seldom will advance to the next episode and requires you to "back out" of Netflix and re-enter in order to accomplish the task. When I called customer service the person who attempted to help me obviously barely spoke English and was unable to help at all. This appears to be a widespread problem with the model 3 and sadly Roku blames it on Netflix but our old Roku worked just fine. That leads me to believe it's specific to the new box. I would suggest not upgrading ir you don't need to new features that do work.
Pros: Fast Setup, Improved Audio/Video, Attractive Design, Simple Controls
Cons: Does Not Advance Episodes

Problems

The search site is very poorly disigned. arter you find your letter with the arrows, you have to drop down to the ok key. My lousy D-Link that I trashed had the okay button in the middle of the arrows so you didn't have move you finger or look at the remote. Also you back way out to search for Actors.

Just keeps getting better

Roku has made it possible for us to cut the cord & the Roku 3 is even better than our first Roku. The Hulu app is so much nicer, the user interface to all the apps is easier to navigate. I can't live without it now.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup

I had Roku 2 and did not use it much. ROKU 3 is much improved and better connectivity, as well. I am hooked.
