Need to open channels from outside USA. I want international options.

Cons: Remote Loses Connection, Not Compatible Vid Format

Love the Roku 3. I use it with all the usual applications; Works great with Playon and Playlater services, and SimpleTV.

Great but lacking some key features

I did not get cable when I moved to my new house and use the Roku pretty much exclusively for movies and TV. The only thing I've found that I want that the Roku doesn't have is YouTube and some shows on Hulu aren't available through the Roku and I have to go online with my computer to watch them. Other than that I think It's a great alternative to an $80/month cable bill.

I found out about Roku by reading another device's review. I bought one for myself to see if I would like it and have bought 3 more for family members. At one location I don't have reliable internet so I have to restart it but it's as simple to use as can be.
