Bought a few months ago since son wanted WWE and needed device. It took moments to set up and was easier than my android phone to program.

Paired with Plex / Go / Amazon / Netflix... is is THE cable killer! We cut the cable about 12 months ago and haven't missed it one beat. The only device that has made this seamless is our Roku3. Perfect companion is the Synology DS412+ for all your NAS / Plex needs. Amazing product Roku, keep it up!!!

Upgraded to the Roku 3 so that I could use the headset. So I am able to watch TV in bed and not disturb my husband who prefers to read.

Doesn't deliver much for free. You are one step away from being another Time Warner Cable with paid shows. Takes up way too much bandwidth, and requires constant refreshing. Cheaper than cable but the free stuff is old, very old.

I can't watch a lot of channels, because Comcast is not listed as a provider. So pretty much just a YouTube box for me. And Pandora of course. Headphone in remote are cool, but it eats batteries for lunch! My rechargeables on last hours.
