I have owned the Roku 3 for a month and watch it daily.
I still have my cable with 170 channels, but find more enjoyable content on my Roku. Best entertainment value for the money.

I've had my Roku 3 for about a month, and I absolutely love it. It was so easy to set up, and using it is even easier. I really appreciate having the headset connection on the Roku controller, too!

I'm not sure how I ever lived without the Roku and the wonderful PLEX app, but I'm glad we don't have to live like cavemen anymore!

Easy installation, endless channels to add (movie, health, educational, exercise). So easy to operator that my 5yr has mastered it... Dropped my cable the day after installation!

I got this as a gift and had to buy a separate device to hook it up to my internet. One of the features I am not thrilled about is thatl the free channels have previews or clips and not the full features. While watching a free program, news, or free movie, the program, news, or movie stops and loadings quite often. Since this a new electronic device, maybe in near future this loading will be a thing of the past and a more advance ED will replace this and will be able to watch the whole program/news/movie without the interuption of loading several times during the show. I am not fond of having to sign up for free movies thru the internet system. It is too bad that all the movies, new and old, are not free!

Great little media player

I found out about media players back in December 2013, and every time I would look them up, the Roku name would appear at the top of the list. I did a little research, found out what they were all about and bought the Roku 3. Not trying to sound cocky, but it was a great decision. The Roku 3 has a myriad of features, my favorite one would have to be the headphone jack on the remote, very useful when you want to watch a movie late at night without waking anybody up. I highly recommend it to anybody who enjoys internet TV.

Easy to install with a wide variety of features. Just remember that for the most part, most channels likely has a monthly fee of 5 to 10 dollars, so choose channels wisely.
