It's easy to setup and use. It works well with my Netfilx subscription. It's still working after 3 months.

Expensive paperweight

expensive to purchase, not enough free channels, the ones that are free put advertisement on the screen when you are trying to watch a show, my cable company requires a faster connection to watch on demand TV shows otherwise it always buffering.

GREAT IDEA, THAT DID NOT WORK!

We bought 10 Roku for members of our company to use at home, and one that is used to monitor our competition 24/7. The one that is on the competition 24/7 heats up and go dead after a few weeks. We then have to unplug it and let it sit for two day before it will work again. Even though Roku, will not shut off the home models work fine.
We have found the batteries are only good for a few week on the model that has headphones.
You really should have a heavy duty model for commercial use.
We would like to see a model we could use to carry our channel 24/7 to business customers who are subscribing (5,553)to our service. FOR HOME USE A FEW HOURS A DAY YOU ARE FINE. More than that the model needs redesigned and should have a shut down program like a PC.

Very pleased with Roku3

Bought this as I decided to give up my satellite TV - so far, I'm overall happy. Channels load quickly, quality is excellent on channels that have good quality, and so far no issues or very minor with freeze-ups or other problems. Obviously internet dependent, so if any issues with the net you'd have no Roku, but very happy so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We like Roku very much. It's fast and the movies are easy to find. The only problem is that, quite often we have to reboot. it very upsetting. We influenced my sister to buy one and she has the same problem. May be that could be corrected. Otherwise, all my comments are very good.

A friend told me about the Roku3.. It has been one of the best ever purchases that I have made! I don't have TV..just Roku..I love it!
