Can't figure it out!

I am sure this is a cool item except for the fact that after I spent $99 I did not get instructions and I can not turn it on and off with remote. Who would have thought that such a price ticket would come without an on off. Someone please help me figure this out.

I have had nothing but trouble with it since I bought it. Looking for another alternative to watch the Blaze. I have sent numerous emails to the Blaze complaining about Roku

very good device, but only support 2 types of video format. mp4 and mkv, other than these like wmv, avi or mov don't even try.

I recently got the Roku device as a gift. I was quite excited at first as I continue to use the device it has been a disappointment. I will not be recommending this device to anyone!
Pros: Attractive Design, Simple Controls
Cons: Difficult setup

The product does NOT come with the necessary cable, delaying fulfillment of expectations. Then, after being told the cable needed had to be v1.3 by support, online cable providers no longer carry that version. At the moment, I am stuck.

We purchased a Roku and used it briefly. The learning curve was too great. We didn't want to take the time to explore the benefits. We didn't feel there was adequate instruction about how to take advantage of Roku. We suggest more information would be helpful. WE RETURNED THE PRODUCT FOR FULL REFUND!!!

I love my roku two when it's working. That being said I bought it with the intentions of using it in my motor home when traveling. I was told at the best buy store that I could use my iPhone as a hot spot when wifi was not available. Not true. Or at least at this time.
