Streams super FAST!

I bought a Roku 3 for my husband for Christmas this year. Let me say that he did NOT want a Roku, he was fixated on getting fire TV from Amazon. I love Amazon, and I don't know that much about Fire TV. However, after doing a LOT of research, I felt the Roku 3 was the best option based on price, ease of use, and the options that were available such as HBOgo, Showtime Anytime and many others. The only device I found that streamed Showtime Anytime was the Samsung TV, and we don't have a Samsung tv. Needless to say, he was less than excited when he opened the gift. Fast forward to today, and he LOVES his Roku 3! He has told all of his buddies about it and recommends it to everyone. The device is small, discreet, and very easy to set up. My husband had it running literally 5 minutes after taking it out of the box. The interface is easy to use compared to our Xbox One and is visually appealing. The streaming speed is the main reason I chose the Roku 3 over the other Roku boxes. The streaming is flawless. We have had bad weather and it buffered a couple of times, but recovered quickly. The box has not lost connection to Wifi even when my other devices have. I really can't write enough about the "pros" of choosing this device. There are many channel choices that are free. Try it, you will not be sorry!

We love our Roku. It was very easy to install and e now have access to a wonderful selection of shows and movies. It is amazing how fast movies and shows load, and the remote is very user friendly.

Answered 5 years of interrupted streaming

I have switched internet providers, three new modems, four new routers, four new wires, 2 new vcr's and still had no success streaming without buffering pauses. Hooked up our new Rocu 3 and everything is working fabulously!

I was given this as aChristmas gift and at that time I hadn't heard of Roku I had heard of Chrome and the Amazon one but I am really glad I was given the Roku.

Ability to wath movies etc. any time

Son-in-law recommended we get it. My husband loves being able to sit in his easy chair and watch on the regular TV instead on the computer

Best value in streaming devices

I have owned a roku 1,2, and 3, and the roku 3 is by far the best, overall. This device loads noticeably faster than the other models, has a streamlined interface, and fun extras like games. From my experience, the premium price is worth the upgrade.

I bought this for Christmas and am so happy I did. It is so easy to use just plug it in and attach the Hdm cable and you're ready to go. Roku walks you through the rest of the set up. Lots of choices. I am ready to cut the cable!

This was giving to me as a gift for Christmas. I made my standard TV into a Smart TV. I am very happy with this player. Can't wait to have to time off to use my ROKU 3.
