Simply amazing features!

I'd never even heard of Roku before receiving my Roku 3 as a gift from my tech-savvy son-in-law. This little gem astounds me with its' versatility; the amount of content it provides is almost overwhelming. It is a fantastically simple to operate device which keeps our family entertained for hours on end - and I've only just begun exploring the possibilities!

Good product for cutting cable

I was given this as a Christmas gift and have been using it ever since. My husband and I are planning to cut our cable when our contract expires and this was the best product for us.

Easy to use and install

I have had my Roku 3 for a little better than a month and could not be happier. It was a breeze to install and easy to use. I like the headset feature in the remote. I am exploring the likes and dislikes with the channels that are free for an introductory period. Hard to know if you want to subscribe for a monthly fee if you don't have a good feel for the content. I intend to purchase some other fee based channels in the future. Channels I could not find on my internet capable TV or DVD player.

Got Roku for Christmas and connected it the next night. It to only a minute to connect and sync with my wireless.
All menus were intuitively simple.
The access to content is unlimited.
Love it.

Fell short of expectation

I bought a roku to watch destination America and to my surprise, roku really didn't offer anything worth watching since I had to create accounts just to use certain channels. The shows are only clips and the best channel available is YouTube. I don't see the hype in roku
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this at Christmas & I'm really impressed with the ease of use and lack of any problems. We just hooked it up to the TV, wirelessly connected to the computer and everything was ready to go in minutes. All of a sudden we have significantly increase our range of things available to watch. I could not be happier with the Roku.
