I had to buy mine because I had no directTv or Cable when I moved. This came in GREAT. I plugged into my tv and network and boom -- was keeping my three year old dauther happy with cartoons, etc. Also, the kindle remote control app works AWESOME.

I have all of the Roku Players but the Roku 3 is the best! The USB connection and the remote with headphones put this player above all the rest.

Great product

I think this is a great product. I recently got rid of my cable and just used this. The only problem is you still need a cable subscription to get channels such as History, HBO, etc. I wish they would put a darn sleep timer on the Roku so if you fall asleep while watching Netflix. You don't move through a whole season. Overall a good purchase.

Glad we purchased, little disappointed the fox news and fox business is only previously recorded videos though. Was hoping it was live tv.
If I did not have Amazon Prime I may not have been as happy with this. There are options but all cost monthly charges.
