Faster Streaming

I had a Roku 2 and didn't think I needed to upgrade but I am very pleased did. Roku 3 has more features - which I use - and is a much faster unit that the older model I was using. I am not a technie so I can't speak to those elements of the unit. Roku 3 was easy to install and worked as soon as the installation was complete. I would recommend Roku 3 for your streaming needs.

My third Roku, now the Roku 3, is by far the best. It is fast and sleek. I reccomend it highly, especially to first tome Roku buyers. Go fast!

Good Unit

I had no trouble setting it up. It functions well and has a decent variety of options for watching streaming. The only downside so far is that it will periodically lock up and have to be reset.

Great for what it does

It is great for what it does, but I wish there was a way to watch videos from websites and search the internet. For instance, I have a subscription to Discovery Education, but I am not able to watch any of their educational videos via the Roku.

Some friends of ours bought it for us as a gift and while we really like it, we have to unplug it every time we turn it on and count to ten and plug it back in. Other than that, it's great!

I purchased this last month not knowing what to expect. My main reason for purchasing was to have access to Acorn TV. I've since subscribed to Hulu Plus and am exploring other sites. Such Fun!!
