Good Job!

Easy to install, Good perforrmance. My only problem was whe I changed my internet provider. When changing passwords it would not work, listing error 09. Googled it and reading another's Customer blog, Gave me the answer. Simple steps using the remote.

Remote has issues

The remote works fine except for the RCA jack for the headset.... either I can't hear anything or it's full of static.. I've moved it around, unplugged it etc... either static or nothing.. other wise the unit works great.

Had major issues with holding any program until I upgraded my internet connectivity and my wifi
Wish it had closed captioning as sometimes hard to understand

While I haven't cut the cord, I'm a long way towards doing so. The device works well, setup is dead easy and the amount of content available is almost overwhelming.

I have an older version that I still use but my husband bought this one for our bedroom. I love it so much!! I also love that there is an option for plugging earphones into the remote so that I can still watch movies without disturbing people who are trying to sleep.

Simply put, Roku is by far the best streaming device you can get. Super easy to use and setup was easy. It's became obvious that Roku put lots of thought into what a streaming user wants and needs. I got this device for my kids using my Comcast network and they absolutely love it. Didn't think I'd care much but the more I used it, the more I absolutely appreciate what this device provides you. If your looking for a streaming device, ROKU is what you want.
