not real happy with it so far

tried to get help hooking it up..all i got was some kid telling me my computer has a virus..he wouldnt help with the stick all he wanted was the 260 bucks to fix my computer..he wouldnt take no for a answer..i had to hang up on him..so i called my son and he had it fixed in 5 min...FOR FREE
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

sliced bread, but need cold cuts!

I move to an area that did not support satellite reception. This is a very good companion four basic cable. Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon subscription the "primary channels" that are worth watching. Great for wathing back seasons of tv shows and movies. Tunein And Pandora are a pleasant addition. None of this reflects the quality of Roku3.

Cutting the cable cord this year!

We have the streaming stick and recently purchased this Roku3. They both are great for streaming movies and TV shows from different apps. The ROKU3 is faster and has more features than the stick, but they work perfect for us. We'll be cutting the cable/satellite cord this summer once our contract is up or if our rates go up again, whichever is first. Thanks ROKU!

GREAT UNITS. I HAVE ONE IN THE LIVING ROOM AND ONE IN THE BEDROOM. NEAT PART IS THE EAR BUDS YOU CAN WATCH WITHOUT ANY VOLUME TO WAKE ANYONE SLEEPING.

2014 Upgrade to RoKU

should have gotten one sooner was looking for a way to entertain myself during a long surgical recovery without paying more for cable for a few extra movie chanels
