Easy to use, but doesn't always load correctly.

I received this at the beginning of December as a gift, and I really love it! Before then I was using XBox 360 to watch Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Instant Video. The Roku is so much easier to use and the remote is great. The only thing I don't like is the screen sometimes doesn't load correctly, so you can't always see the picture of the shows, particularly on the Hulu Plus app. The picture for the show will be there until you scroll to that row, then they disappear. So you have to count the boxes over you want before clicking. Other than that it is perfect!

We are in love with this service. Who wouldn't be thrilled to save money and it's a large chunk at that ! We plan to get Roku boxes for the whole house !!!

Great choice, easy to use

We bought a ROKU 3 right after Christmas and it has been easy to use. The selections are varied and there is something for everyone. Only had one problem with it freezing up during the selection process, but that was quickly fixed by NETFLIX.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the Roku and love it!! I have told so many of my friends and family about it and they have all gone and gotten one! It's awesome!! It provides entertainment for the whole family! Great product and affordable price!

New and improved remote

We bought our first Roku 3 last year for our TV in the bedroom and enjoyed being able to access our Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as other "channels." Our Family Room TV was used with Microsoft Live and an XBox for the same purpose. We did not use Microsoft Live for anything else and have decided to drop the annual subscription and just purchase another Roku 3. It is working great downstairs and has the added feature of specific new remote buttons that are for Netflix and Amazon Prime. It is a nifty improvement!

It was gud i liked it until a month after i bought, it stopped working. I mean it stopped playing videos.
My internet connection is excellent n it playes da previews, it just aint lettin me watch da full movie!
