I am so happy with Roku. It is just amazing! No need to say more.
Only thing I would suggest is to improve the menu of Amazon Instant Video.

Bought the Roku 3 about 1 month ago and love it. Its got great apps and more being added. Its quick with no lag.

Needs High Internet Download Speed to be enjoyable

Initially when I hooked this Roku 3 up it worked fairly well. But I must have had a short period of reliable internet speed over 3.5Mbps. If you don't have download speed well over 3.5Mbps then forget it. The Roku 3 is supposed to automatically step down your resolution to continue to stream lower download speed - but it doesn't do that well - and you wind up watching a black "retrieving" bar and black screen all night.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

lots of great options, hulu+ is my fav along with watchESPN and Pandora. love the small unit and the great remote. definately a must have in your house. something for everyone.

I bought the Roku 3 about 2 months ago. I had a Roku 1 but I think our internet service with DSL was getting slower. We had trouble watching movies because it had to buff so much. I thought I would try the Roku 3 because I could not change my internet speed, we live in the country and no large towns within 20 mile. The Roku 3 works great, plays the whole movie with no additional buffing. Plus I like to be able to do a search, with so many search options, to find the movie that I'm looking for.
