We waited too long

Bought Roku in December and wonder why we waited so long to join the Roku fan club. We recommend it to everyone who enjoys a seamless viewing experience and the thrill of chiding what you want to watch.

ROKU Problems

I received this as a gift last Christmas and have had to completely reset the system TWICE. Somewhat time consuming - not to mention I shouldn't have to do it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Headset Jack

I upgraded from the Roku 2. The feature I'm very happy with is the headset jack in the remote. With my ear buds, I get better sound quality without bothering anyone else in the house.
