Really cool device!!

I purchased the Roku 3 a few monthes ago. My whole family likes watching it. The only downfall I see is a lot of the channels require a subscription to their channel to be able to watch it. That is not a Roku problem but definitely something to consider.

My family is wanting to cut costs around the house, so this is perfect for cutting out cable. My one and only small complaint is there is not many sports type things, hopefully they can get more sports, like college football, NFL, and maybe even the CFL.

A nice upgrade from the Roku 2 XS. Remote headphone jack is a great addition! Channel logos don't display at times but the names are always visible.

Freedom to choose!

We have two Roku3 devices in our home well just because...one up and one down. No more expensive cable bill-no more monthly rate hike-no more set-top box replacement, and, no more inevitable service outages.

Fast, colorful, better than expected

The only thing that would make this better is a search feature on all screens & a keyboard on the back of the remote... So much to choose from but also some features are not the same as mobile...for ex got to have Paid subscription to run Spotify... some InTune channels are not available...I'm a user trying to dump cable.& pleased so far.

I am so happy with my Roku so far! I the only problem I am having is with netflix, but I understand this is a problem with Netflix, not Roku. Everything is easy to use and navigate! I love it and am so happy I received it as a gift!

I bought the Roku 3 to replace the Roku 2 in our living room to go with our new tv and we gave the R2 to my daughter to use in her room upstairs. We love it. It is faster and even though our tv is a smart tv, no other smart tv or streaming device has as many choices as the Roku. Hands down the best streaming device available.
