Great product with awesome channels but...

Although I am content with my Roku, I bought this one in particular (Roku3) to stream content from my smartphone & no matter what I try, it wont let me do that so that's a major negative for me, kinda wish I would've gone with a cheaper version since I didn't get what I paid for, oh well. Overall good product. If this is ever fixed somehow, definitely will update to 5 stars.

We have the Roku 3 for about a month now and it is great! Switching between apps/services is so simple . It brings up shows, apps, everything with such speed

We Love Our Roku 3!!!

We don't have cable TV. Just our trusty antenna and our Roku. Roku, along with our subscription to Netflix, gives us all the entertainment we could ever hope for! There are more great programs to watch than we have time for, such as Breaking Bad, Parenthood, Dexter, 24, etc.

Every home is a good home for a Roku 3

A month ago, a Roku 3 followed me home. Minutes after its box was opened, it found a place in my entertainment center and on my network, promising to earn its keep. Since then, it's delighted me and my family with movies and shows new and old. It's a keeper!
I'm not a big fan of TV - I just don't have the time. My Roku 3 guarantees that when I sit down to relax, it's time well spent, every minute, every time.
Seeing your favorite movie or episode of Star Trek without disturbing noise-sensitive neighbors or family members is a snap - just plug a pair of earphones into the remote, and the TV instantly mutes. This is a feature that never would have occurred to me, but now I can't live without it.

I was told by a friend about a Roku player when I was complaining about all the commercials and nothing to watch with my cable TV provider and I decided to buy the Roku 3 streaming player. I am absolutley thrilled with this product so much that I am sbowing and telling all of my friends!

Hated what CABLE was costing and what we were paying for.. Roku has made this transition pleasant, which was unexpected. We have changed our viewing habits, but are enjoying new options. Use both Roku 2 and Roku 3 due to tv variations and found adding local channels with antennae we watch more shows without all the commercials.. going to put a Roku stick on another soon. Thanks ROKU
