So good I bought one for my old man

I've had my roku for about 5 months now and I just bought one for my dad for christmas. It is much better than the Apple TV which I have also tried. The Apple TV force closes Netflix often enough for it to be annoying. I have had only a few minor issues- due to Internet connection. Not the device its self. Great for streaming Netflix and Hulu

Drop your cable/satellite provider and save a TON!

This is the third Roku I've bought. Between a Netflix and Hulu subscription, I have more than I could ever watch. In addition, there are so many specialty channels, you will never need your cable or satellite provider again!

I purchase the roku 2 for an older computer 2 years ago, I bought a Roku 3 last year and I Purchase another Roku 3 in December 2014. I have a Roku in every room that have a Television set. My advice to anyone that enjoy streaming, movies, video, news, and so much more, get yourself a Roku 3 today.

The Roku is the best purchase I have made. The unit is clear and there is so much to watch. Best decision ever, I am saving so much money streaming. My daughter loves hers too.

Great for a price

I bought this few weeks ago and I love it... Question is why I love it?
I have two Samsung's Smart TV's and they have problem with playing Netflix so this was why I end up with Roku 3 player. Roku 3 is very fast, has a lot of applications like amazon, google, etc.
Just speed of Roku 3 is amazing. Big Plus to Roku and Roku 3

Great, Quick and responsive

We (Girlfriend and I) bought this about a month ago having also used a roku 2 XD, its night and day difference between the two. The Roku 3 is lightning fast compared to the other, If your anything like me and enjoy just flicking through menus and using spot reading to find what to watch you;ll enjoy the speed this thing brings to the table...or should i say tv. the only feature i have used beyond Neflix, and Youtube; would be the Headphone jack on the remote which works flawlessly with no lag or problems, mid video or otherwise. trust me Get this or the Stick, its all you'll need.

I bought the Roku during black Friday, and am so happy with the results. It is a lot easier using the smart device vs. connecting laptop via hdmi, etc. (old school).
Only con is that the battery life of the remote runs out fast. However you can keep the Roku on 24/7 it is stated that the energy/power of the Roku device is equivalent to a night light.
