Better than TV

There is nothing worth watching on regular TV anymore. So an antenna for local new/sports/weather and Roku make for a perfect alternative! Though you need to pay for many features of Roku, there are many others that are FREE! We have found Roku worth our investment and have not paid for any programming to date. Just pay the up front cost of the Roku itself, then enjoy freedom from cable and satellite!

I wanted to drop cable, then I heard about RoKu, I purchased the Roku3 best investment I have made in a long time. Plus all the money I saved dropping cable.Very pleased.

I love the Roku....it's neat. The only thing I DONT like is that you have to pay for subscriptions to different channels if you want to watch something good. Overall, it's a great product.

fast response time

I have 2 Roku 2's that work decently enough, but I definitely noticed a much faster response time with the Roku 3. I also love the built in headphone feature with this remote control. Comes in very handy for when I'm trying not to disturb others. I would love to see a way to plug in an external hard drive similar to the WD TV, but other than that you can't beat the content options from any other similar device.
