Great product, versatility is so important

Roku definitely has a home in a personal entertainment landscape. I have an AppleTV a Google Chromebox as well. They all fit.

I cancelled cable to day I brought my Rome and I haven't looked back since. Saving money and still enjoying my favorite channels as I did before

I love this thing! It is so easy to set up and use. The available channels seem virtually endless and there are several options for every viewing taste. Roku 3 takes tv viewing to a whole new level. Again, what are you waiting for?

I love my Roku,I now can watch my shows that I have missed,only thing is I wish they would get the local channels so I can watch the news in my area maby be someday ??

Wonderful tool

We bought a Roku because I was out of work on sick leave and couldn't afford cable. I want to say I really enjoy it and find plenty of shows I enjoy. I only miss our local news.
My husband has enjoyed some of the programs but misses his western he used to watch on Encore, and his classics from Turner Classic Movies. I have found some on Netflix, but not as many as he'd like and as for the Western the channels I found have a lot of B movies not real good ones.
So all in all it's very good, I could get along without cable forever but my husband misses his channels.

Great Purchase...Bye Bye Cable

I treated myself to a Roku 3 for Christmas and it was the best purchase I made in a long time. There are hundreds of channels to choose from Although most are free channels, there are some that require monthly subscription. Roku 3 communicates that effectively and makes sure you understand that option before purchasing a subscription for a channel. There are lots of music, movies, and social networking channels to choose from. GREAT BUY. I just had my cable turned off.

Very easy to set up and use. Bought one for elderly parents too, and they have no trouble operating it (which is saying something!). Even without the extra SD card, programs load very quickly. Have used both wired and wireless setups and both have been great. The headphone jack in the remote (on the Roku 3) is a great innovation - works great for my parents. Just make sure your TV has an open HDMI port.
