Love my Roku 3!

I had been an Apple TV user but decided to try the Roku 3, wow what a difference. I love all the options and the ease of use - who needs cable tv with Roku?

Getting better

I honestly go back and forth on my opinion. Most of the time it works great, but sometimes when I move between TVs and Rokus it doesn't pick up where I left off. I also have Apple TV, and I believe (although it might just be my iPad) I'm able to access ABC, NBC and CBS. I wish I could get that on Roku.

Great product but with limitations

We bought Roku3 mainly because of the Sling app. It fit our expectation, however, I find it less easy to use as some of its competitor, my kids have not yet figured out how to use it, while it took them 10 minutes for other streaming devices. A lot of channels, most of them not really useful in my opinion. Not all main TV/cable stations channels are available while available in other streaming devices, which force us to use the ipad app instead and connect directly to the TV. Would love to see a "Search" only for channels. Remote batteries drains very quickly due to the motion control feature, would be great to be able to deactivate it when not playing. Overall a good product for the price.

whole family loves it...ready to cancel my satellite service. Putting Roku under the tree for my kids TVs for Christmas.

Convenient and Smooth

Roku 3 is super fast and operates smoothly. The ability to project from Surface Pro 3 is very awesome, with no noticeable latency.
