this the best product i've ever had,its a total entertainment device,anything is missed with this you just have it all....great performance and perfect image,its everything you need to have fun period.....

I love my Roku Streaming Stick HDMI

I had a slight problem getting my WIFI to connect. I got in touch with tech support on my PC. The guy was very easy going and nice. We communicated for about 2 1/2 hrs trying to figure out the problem. We tried several things but nothing worked. He said that they would send me a booster cable in the mail. It came really fast and I hooked it up to the stick and I had connection. So I'm very pleased with the tech support that I received. I love my Roku!

my daughter bought it for me,My wife and I are retired and thought we would not understand how to use it but she said we would catch on quick and we have-- now are Roku is on most of the time

Mistake

I made a mistake in purchasing this product. The player seems to be a very nice piece of equipment. The mistake was thinking I could use it with my Internet data plan. Streaming media has a voracious appetite for megabytes. Two movies and I'm done for a month. Even the most liberal (and expensive) plan would probably only give me 8 movies. I would strongly recommend that you compare your data limits with how much streaming you want to do before purchasing a Roku. That said, my pre-purchase research tells me the Roku 3 is the best device for streaming media.

Easy to install,

We have 2, the roku 3 up stairs, and the stick down stairs. We enjoy the WWE network, and netflix. It was so hard to have to use the computer to watch the wwe, and now with just a few clicks,and we our on.

Great little box!

This is my second Roku3 box. Going from a "Smart" Blue-Ray player's interface to Roku was a welcome change! Things are crystal clear and lightning-fast! The only con is that sometimes the remote disengages... haven't really figured out what's up with that yet.
