It appears to be a little better than Roku 2. A couple of issues I have. First, in the last two days, I would be watching T.V. and my Roku goes out. I have to unplug it so it resets. The remote control drains the batteries. Twice I had to replace the batteries. Don't know why.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've bought a Roku 3 over a month ago, and I'm pleased that I can view movies commercial free. I also became a Netflix subscriber, later might add future channel subscriptions.

ROKU is a very flexible internet device that transports family entertainment to our HDTV's with very good A/V quality. The best A/V performance provided on ROKU is dependent on a good internet connection, download speed, modem/wireless performance,HDTV performance, and the "channel" being watched integrity. The ROKU does a good job of processing all these variables and more to provide a pleasing A/V experience. ROKU is also a product that is adds updates when needed to provide better service/quality. I take our ROKU on family vacations where a internet connection is present to keep up on the news,sports,and movies as we wish. Thank you for a wonderful product!
