We were using another product for streaming and I was on the fence about whether or not to purchase the Roku. I am absolutely sorry for only one thing...that I didn't buy it sooner. It is the fastest streaming device we have in the house and is used now for all of our streaming services. I am thrilled with the diversity of channels available and the ease of set up and use. Love my Roku!

How watching television should be

Roku has a good selection of services and it works wonderfully. We use a couple of the services that offer movies and other programming for a monthly fee, as well as a number of channels, such as Smithsonian, that offer free programming. I would like to see better access to news programming, such as BBC and also Canadian content. One thing that is a bit of a problem for me is that many of the, so called, free services are actually the "try us for 30 days and then you have to pay" variety. And of course they want the credit card information up front. I don't particularly like that business model. But as far as Roku itself, we really like the service and we have had no problems with reception, download times, or any of those things that are often issues with products that stream content. Well done Roku!

I,m no Techie and found the Roku extremely user friendly so much so that i got one for my 87 year old dad and he loves it as well !!

Wonderful product. Great selection of content and very easy to use. The mobile app is really good too. I love being able to cast photos from my mobile phone to the TV using the Roku.

My Roku remote audio with headphones is ususable

My Roku remote audio with headphones is unusable. Is either noisy, constantly interrupted or absolutely silent. I needed to buy separate wireless headphones. I resetted the unit and replaced headphones, without solving the issues.
