Great Product

I bought this item because when I tried to watch Hulu Plus and Netflix through my DVD player and my smart TV, the shows hung up and would not play all the way through. I've never had any problems with the Roku. I also like the fact that the Roku 3 connects with a cable to my router. The HD picture is the best I've ever seen - it is clear sharp and the color is very rich and bold. I believe that the picture might be superior to a Blue Ray player.

I bought the roku 3 with the intentions of canceling cable altogether. A month and a half later, I've not missed my cable once! Easy set up and plenty of offerings, all while saving myself $125 per month!

I enjoy using my Roku 3 device. I love watching many different content whenever I chose to watch them. My cable bill was getting too high, had to cancel. I added over 150 channels. I just wish there was a way to number the channels so you can get to them quicker. Also a way to categorize the different types of channels would be nice. Screen mirroring needs more work but all in all, I enjoy my Roku 3. Keep up the good work.

I purchased the Roku about a month ago and am so glad I did There was absolutely nothing worth watching on my cable tv but now I can find great movies and shows any time day or night It was the easiest setup I have ever experienced Love it

I am glad I have a subscription to Netflix or this would likely get 3 stars if it was based on ability to stream movies alone. It does get high praise for ease of set up. I hooked mine up with a HDMI cord. That is the only way to go. If you have a smartphone, you should download the App to turn your phone into a remote. Using the "clumsy" remote leaves much to be desired when you have have to spell out the name of a title.

I have Roku connected to a Sound Bar via HDMI and I have to turn Sound Bar off when switching from another function. I also can not play 5.1 movies on Netfflix, only in Stereo
