A must have if you want to do away with cable or the dish. If you keep your cable, Roku is still a nice addition.

Easy streaming

I was using my blue ray DVD player for streaming but it was difficult to navigate. The Roku is so much easier to use.

Plain and Simple..Best Investment You Can Get!!!

Got my player today, took about 15 minutes or less to set up..I been adding channels all day..I like that my iPhone 5s is sync'd with it, I can also sync my YouTube app and other apps on my phone to it, ..the Roku app is a must too, this is the best thing i have every encountered. At first when I heard of Roku back 3-4 years ago i thought it was some kind of scam ...omg wish i would of bought this years ago..I have Netflix so I pay monthly for that but i can now watch all that on my Roku. There is 1000's of free hidden and secret channels you can add as well.best thing is that my analog TV works great with it make sure you get the Roku 2 because that is the best for both analog and HDTV .. My TV system was already hooked up to my stereo and surround sound through my dvd player which i hardly use these days, but my DVD player had inputs so i hooked it up through there and i watch stuff on my analog TV but i also get the surround sound experience... people need to CUT THE CORD on cable TV ..why pay for something when you can get it for free?? ... So glad I got this Roku! thank you for making my day!!! ... Enjoy all!
