Great UI and channel lineup!

Easy to use, solid apps that work much better than smart tv apps. Comparable to our XBox One, but with many more options. My only complaint is that Comcast/Xfinity does not support the premium channels on Roku (HBO, Showtime, etc.).
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the Roku 3 we bought. We are in our mid-60's and very non-technical. The Roku was so easy to set up a first grader could have done it. We are Amazon Prime and Netflix members so there is always something to watch. We liked it so much we talked a friend into buying it and we set his up too! We haven't even begun to check out all that this device offers.

I did not know about Roku convenience and ease of use. I now watch whatever TV programs and movies I like whenever I want. only draw back is that I watch more TV than before. I need to discipline myself to limit view time.......

Great! Doesn't decode MPEG-2 though.

Best streaming device I know of, even though it can't decode MPEG2, that's something I can live with by getting a Raspberry Pi.
