Great when it works right

We bought ours about a month ago and most of the time it is great. Lately we have had some problems with it having to "retrieve" the show a lot.

Wonderful Product

I am very impressed by this product. It provides me with alternative ways to see some of my tv stations along with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The installation is very easy even for a technically challenged individual like myself. Also their customer support is great almost at Direct TV level. The two times I had problems their representative walked me through the correction. They made it a point to remain on the phone with me until the problem was solved and I was back watching my programs. A great product from a great company

Better Than Apple Tv

I had 2 different Apple TVs over the past 3 years and always had problems with loading content. No such problem with Roku 3. Absolutely great!

For the longest time I have been wanting to get a Roku 3 and now I did. I love the fact that you can have the Roku App on your phone and not required to use the remote. This does what I need it too and is reasonably priced.

After living on a limited income for 3 years without TV I was pleased with my Roku. There is only one thing I would have liked to see to improve its usage. It needs a more informative Manuel to assist folks learning to use it more effectively. For instance how you can remove a channel on your menu which you do not want or will not use? Trial and error may teach us in the long run, but exasperation could easily cause a person to want to toss it in the trash.

why did I spent months streaming Netflix in my computer when Roku is here? Great purchase and now I can watch my movies in my big screen TV while relaxing in my couch

I bought this a month Argo and have been watching TV shows, News shows, and many free channels. I hooked up an older analog TV and this works really great. I am very satisfied with this player and highly recommend it to those wanting to disconnect cable and still have access to everything.
