Everything is easier and faster

I had connectivity through a dvd player, but wanted more. I couldn't believe how much faster and easier the roku interface was when I first hooked it up. Now, almost all the tv I watch comes thru roku. I get to choose when and what I want to see, instead of having to pick through the junk available on cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of movie (and other) channels

Even though I was able to get Netflix, etc on 2 other devices, the Roku offers many more channels. I only wish there were more live streaming TV channels, including especially foreign channels (and films).
Also, I was easily able to configure my Harmony remote to work with my Roku 3.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Goes BAD in a month!!!

Worked great during a month! Then started freezing, re-booting by itself, and then, just would not display video ("HDCP unauthorized content" message). Worked again for a few hours after factory reset, then back to it's evil. Had to return, asked for refund, I thought Roku would've had these issues figured out by their 3rd generation devices!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got Roku 3 about a year ago. After 7 month i got poblem suddenoff he stop working & after 2 to 3 min.restart again.However i recommend this product.

Fast, fast, fast!

I recently purchased the Roku 3 to upgrade from my Roku 2 XS. All I keep saying is wow. This Roku is lightspeed faster than the old one; especially on the YouTube app which was a snail speed on the XS. Great product! I will be buying more as gifts.
