I bought this for streaming of my movies from Amazon Prime. Works great without any problems. Have had it installed for a month now.

Purchased it, plugged it in, and have been amazed ever since. Learning how to, and navigation very easy. I am usually technologically challenged, not with this device. Plug and go easy. Love it.

Okay device

Bought so we could watch BYUTV and Netflix. Have not found much else to do with it. The device crashes a lot when streaming BYUTV (figure this is my internet speed/quality,) but faster on Netflix than the Wii or Apple TV.

Overall, a great money saving product

I've had problems with the headphones burning through batteries. This should be addressed in the manual. I've been advised by customer service to 1) Unplug headphones after use. 2) place handset face down when finished using. Otherwise I'd recommend using rechargeable batteries.

Roku 3 has operated flawlessly since its purchase 4 months ago. We watch what we want when we want at costs much lower than cable or satellite TV.
