Not ready for prime time yet

Some channels work well, Hulu, for example. Most do not. Customer service is very helpful but the Roku still has a way to go before it will be as easy to use as tv through other means. Way too much buffering, channels that don't work or work well and other problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a Roku 2 and was very satisfied with it. When 3 came out I figured I didn't really need to update, as the 2 was doing a great job! The other half, on the other hand, wanted some of the newer features in the newer streaming devices. Who was I to argue? (since I'd never win any way!) So I read reviews on all the big name streaming devices and compared features, and Roku still came out on top!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very fast and smooth network connection compared to all previous devices I have used. My subscribed serviced work well. Other channels (news, etc.) are mediocre and I don't use them.

I love my roku 3! It has some of the best channels I can watch. I can watch free movies and there are some with affordable subscriptions. I wish the roku can add a Dominican Republic channel or some kind of content of the dominican republic that I can watch all the time. Some international countries are on the roku, so why not. I would love it even more. That would be rad!!! oh and the whole private listening with a headphone is the best thing because if you have a large hdtv and you are watching a movie with some excellent quality headphones like Shure or Beats, it feels like you're at a Imax theater. Trust me on this!!!
