Yes, it's easy to set up, small footprint. Not as intuitive to use as claimed. As simple as it is, needs to be simpler for those of us who the electronics age has passed by. I feel it still has a significant learning curve for the older (60 +) users.

Miracle-on-stream...

After starting to watch movies in my home since 1989 (remember Laserdiscs...), trying to run away from the ever-decreasing movie-watching experience in cinema theaters, why did it took so long to have a miracle-on-stream like Roku! So small, yet so transcendent in home entertainment. Roku rules!

WOW! So much more than expected

I've had my Roku 3 for a little over 2 months. There are so many channel choices that I'm still looking through them all. Almost anything you could possibly want is on there. Get a decent wireless router and there's almost no skipping, fading or buffering. So easy to set up, so easy to use. I am so happy I have this - I could almost cancel my cable subscription with the free channels alone!

Better than the stick, for sure

We started with a Roku Stick that came with our flat screen TV's and used our Netflix account. For some reason, Netflix does not allow access to the separate viewers as on the Wii and new Roku. That is a major plus with this system. We also like the Roku app on our mobile devices. The remote frequently gets misplaced and the app comes in way handy as there is always a mobile device around at hand.
The only drawback is the need for a very strong wifi signal. We installed a wifi repeater and that made all the difference.
