Bought this ROKU 3 about one month ago and what an easy set up. streaming is a breeze and would highly recommend this product!

I bought this 3 years ago and I have been extremely happy with it. I bought a Vizio Smart TV and it is nothing like a roku. I plan on buying another roku to put on my smart tv. I advise anyone to buy a regular tv and buy a roku it is a GREAT & WONDERFUL item.

I bought this over a year ago so the grandkids could play the games on the TV. Then, I decided to stream my old home movies from the past 30 years to the big screen. I made a backup of over 100 old VHS disks filled with home movies onto my external drive and hooked it into the usb input on the Roku3. It worked fabulous. I had one little problem with getting the sort to work and customer service was great. They emailed me back with exact instructions and now everything is working just the way I wanted. I highly recommend Roku 3 for the vast selection of channels, for the streaming, and for the games. Nothing could work better for me! Now, I am backing up my entire collection of movies and TV series and with my one external drive my entire collection will be at my fingertips whenever I want to watch it.

I've had experience with Boxee and AppleTV and neither compare in speed of download or picturw quality to the Roku 3!

lots of power in a tiny package

the streaming feed is seamless. high quality, super fast video. never hiccups. the headphone jack only works on the tv volume so it won't work if you use a separate audio system. but the roku has all the channels you could ever want. it works so well. i am never going back to cable. plus it is so much better to watch a show on demand. don't have to record anything then worry about the box filling up. just watch what you want when you want. it's great!
