I like the player but.....

I'll start off with cons. I like the channels that there are for the Roku, there are more channels than there are any of the other players. I also find the wireless features fast. I've never had and lag problems or rebuff problems. However, one thing that bothers me, like the other players, there is no power button. They'll tell you they do this to make sure it's always updated, but I don't mind waiting a minute or so for an update. I don't think anyone is that desperate to watch a movie where they can't wait a minute or so.
The fact that you cannot turn it off also leads to the next problem which is the outside of the Roku warms up sometimes way too much. I live somewhere cold and the heat gets cranked up in the winter which causes it to heat up. i understand the Roku acts as a heat sink also. I'm not sure if the fact that it gets warm lead to the fact that I've had to reset it a few times because it has frozen on me also. So to me those are the pros and cons.

The Roku3 will turn your TV into a real smart TV. No matter how smart your TV is supposed to be, compared to a Roku3 box its really not that smart.Roku 3 is truly blazingly fast, very easy remote,very easy set up,lots of apps.I dont even bother with the smart TV menu,I just go straight to the Roku3 box,so much easier,and a lot faster..Just buy one or two,,
