Great way to enjoy music and movies

I bought this to replace cable, No it doesn't have everything I did before but for as little as it costs its great alternative to cable or satellite TV. I have been using it for about a month now and have really come to enjoy it. I have added one movie station and still less than a 1/4 the cost of what I was paying. You do have to have a steady internet but I have the lower priced cable and between the two i'm still paying less!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great item for an awesome price considering all it does. The audio and video quality are great and it is easy to use.

Save your money, Don't buy this thing

Don't buy this, it doesn't work. The NIC is only 100Mbps and most of the big named channels can't seem to play a whole movie without stopping to buffer every few min. Do even try to use the Wireless, it won't even show the content of the channels when you are looking for something to watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My prior 1 1/2 year old Roku 3 died after a reboot. I tried all trouble shooting things. support and they suggested thst to try a different power supply as if everyone has a spare supply. Bought a new Roku 3. Now I have a spare power supply. The old Roku 3 does not work with the new power supply. The new one works with either supply.

The roku 3 was a gift and I expect ed it to work like cable. Unfortunately it pauses to upload and the movies I've watched aren't Blu Ray quality. I was hoping to replace cable but it's just an accessor so far.

I do not like the remote because each time I plug in the ear piece it stops Roku player and I have to unplug the roku and start all over. This was a selling point for me. Very disappointed with that.
