My kids told me what I was missing... I bought it and they were right. Remarkable capability, opened up a whole new world of information. Unfortunately, the wire in the headphones/earbuds that came with the product broke when I dropped the remote.

I am a recent cord cutter. This has helped greatly . I wish you could actually turn it off\ power it down.
There is alot of free ad based content.
Some stations are useless . Some lead you in being free but then want your money to get anything worth watching. I love going across the country looking at all the news channels. I like that it is controlled by its own remote and not only with a phone or tablet. Some channels need additional set up and info.

I have had this about a month and it is a blessing. I only chose to have a roof antenna for local HD TV signals, but I do have 3mbps internet service which works without a hitch. So, I am able to get a ton of content from my Roku 3 that satisfies me. I am not a big TV watcher, obviously. Local TV, an Android tablet and the Roku 3 brings me more satisfaction that I desire.
I would recommend this to a friend!
