Just as good as a Smart TV

I own a S. Smart TV. The Roku 3 is just as good as the Smart TV and a whole lot cheaper, Just purchased one for my daughter and would recommend a Roku before you spend a lot of money on a Smart TV. Buy Roku. John D

I had been using the ROKU 2, which I was happy with and decided to upgrade to ROKU 3. I am glad I did because it seems to stream faster and I am not having any difficulty with buffering as I sometimes experienced with ROKU 2.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are loving this product! We are watching most of the shows we watched previously using cable, but paying almost 10 times as much to watch! We are also watching many shows we never saw before. Love the remote and the headphone option. Often my son will watch a show and use the headphones so he doesn't disturb anyone else. Works great!

Owned a 1 for a couple of years - lot of starts and stops and it got frustrating. I have cable internet so it was not the internet service - had it checked. Upgraded to 3 and it was the best move. Roku has really been improved and you will not be sorry. Seldom have to wait for things to reload. Am very happy with Roku 3.
