I've had a few Roku 3's for about a year and a half, SO happy with them.
I've bought one for my sister's family and my parents so I could share content with them. They love it.

Being able to get MLB and NHL on the device is great. Everything is GREAT.

The Roku 2 player is impeccable - the only problem I have experienced is with the remote control not functioning properly .... Otherwise Roku 2 is GREAT !!!k

Huge speed increase

I have had a Roku now for a few years and decided to add a second one for another tv. The new Roku 3 is so much faster than my old Roku XS. I am s happy with my new Roku!

I have had my roku player for about a month and I will be turning cable off this week. Everything I need or want is on this little box. I will purchase another for a second television.

The best streaming device

I've gone through a chromecast and an apple tv. The only advantage the apple tv has is being able to share my mac screen. Screen sharing on the apple tv is often unstable though. The combination of plex and my roku fufils 99% of the use cases of why I would want to share my screen anyways. The Roku also has more free channels. The remote with an audio jack is also a feature I found myself using a lot more than I thought.

I love the channel options, the earphone plug and the remote in the way it functions. But I dislike the lack of really good graphics inclluding photo display, especially on screensavers. Apple TV does that much better .
