I am very happy with the device, with one exception. I do not know how to get closed captions on the Netflix movies/programs. I am hard of hearing and really need this feature. Can you help???

I bought my Roku a little over a month ago and I'm ready to start deleting the cable pay channels. This device works better than advertised.

Great product, but content is miserable

The Good: Works as advertised. Product is very responsive and rarely pauses during playback. WiFi remote works flawlessly. Very easy to setup.
The Bad: The content just isn't there yet. Very few full programs on the free channels. I thought if a network posted a free show on their website, it would be on the Roku channel. Not so. CBS Channel. Nothing but clips. ESPN Channel. Nothing but talking heads. PBS Channel; only year-old shows. Netflix and Hulu+ are exceptions, but you pay for them. You want to watch NCIS. Your out of luck. Sports? Forget it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
