Roku 2 is GREAT, Roku 3 is ok

I have had a roku 2 for almost 3 years now, and have loved it. It has quite honestly been a great little device, and I am very happy I purchased it. Recently, I bought a roku 3, and my experience has not been as good. I think the changes which have been made to the remote, using wifi to connect, or maybe the new headphone features, use too much battery life and cause me to have to pair the remote daily. :\
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Got This As A Gift From My Mother And I Hate It. The first month was amazing I loved it since then it's been downhill. Every time I go to watch Hulu Plus it acts like it's going to open but doesn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than other brands

I had a western digital ( WD tv) thought it was good till it died the I got the Roku 3 and learned what I was missing. Just a superior product!

The Roku is very easy to use and very fast. It brings up Amazon Prime Video much faster than my PS3. Navigating is simple. I wish more of the older shows were upgraded to better quality, some are almost un-watchable. The HD quality is great.

We purchased the Roku 3 about two months ago because we were sick of all the Direct TV costs. We couldn't be happier.... We get the shows we want, the kids love Netflix and it's all for a fraction of the costs. Stop wondering if it would be right for you! You're looking into this for one reason or another. Make the switch... you will not regret it.

I have had my ROKU for a little over a month. I enjoy being able to watch movies whenever I want. I also like the fact that I can stop in the middle of a movie and when I come back it asks if I want to stated where I ended or from the beginning. Great features...Great Product
